In the beginning of every year, we start by making these great plans and new year resolutions that we intend to keep on following through out the years. Then life happens, or as I like to call it, distractions of life, that will lead us to forget the goals we set to achieve. We forget to live and appreciate the moment we have every day, and since we always hope for better and we always dream, we promise ourselves to do it over and over again every year. The beginnings always make us excited to build something new, to achieve something new and to live something new. This is my vow for this year, and I will try so hard to keep the promise for myself before anyone else.
This year I vow to read more, to write more, to listen more, to love and live more. I am blessed to have family and few friends that really are there for me and support me every step of the way. I am blessed to have known some people who taught me life lessons, the good ones and the bad ones. I am blessed to know that I can do more and be more.
I vow to look outside the box and think of my future life. It won’t be an easy decision to make but am willing to explore my options. Like the picture of that bridge with snowy ground and purple lights all around high buildings, if it would be my kind of destiny, I will take it and fly away for a new style of life, a new opportunity.
I believe in great words and motivation, sometimes we need a reminder that we can be more than we are, we can do great to be remembered after we are gone, so make it worth it, always, if not for the whole world, at least for your small circle.
Everything will have its right impact, be a great memorable one: “How wonderful it is that nobody need wait a single moment before starting to improve the world” -Anne Frank “Whether we are poets or parents or teachers or artists or gardeners, we must start where we are and use what we have. In the process of creation and relationship, what seems mundane and trivial may show itself to be holy, precious, part of a pattern” -Luci Shaw “As we travel through a year of teachings, the clarity, understanding, and wisdom you will receive every day will help you live the laws that govern human beings, so you may truly become the Master of your life. May the joy be with you” -The Secret
This is my vow, this is my year, this is my life and memories to make !
